Jesus, speak to me Lord, tell me what I mean to you.
Lord, why do you continue to use such
imperfect vessels as the church and myself?
After all this time Jason, you still don’t get it.
I love you and I love the Church, and it
takes more power and strength to take something broken to make something
beautiful.
I miss fellowship with you.
I miss our talks.
I miss you
crying out in the night and me holding you.
Help me Jason; help me refine you.
Open up your heart and let me dig the junk out.
Jason, yield to me all of your hang-ups, all
of your fears.
Stand-up Jason, rise-up
and be the man I have called you to be; no more running, no more hiding.
Turn, face me, and run towards me; flea from
anything that keeps you from me.
When
the World pushes you and tells you what kind of man to be, you push back, be a vessel
of change.
Be the ripple in the calm of complacency.
Jason, I need you to be my man, to be
different from everyone else.
Live a
life of integrity, love ferociously, now is your time.
