I thank my
God every time I remember you.
In all my
prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in
the Gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who
began a good work in you will carry it to completion until the day of Christ
Jesus (Philippians 1:3-6 NIV).
Thank you
so much for the love, support and encouragement that I have received from all
of you.
It has certainly been a trial
for me at times, as I am desperately trying to raise support to return to
Kenya.
Currently, I am faced with some difficult
choices and I earnestly covet your prayers.
I have been asked to consider moving to
Georgia
and leading a discipleship/internship program for Adventures In Missions.
My responsibilities would include mentoring
and training future leaders for the mission field through daily discipleship and
life experiences.
It is a great opportunity for me,
but it also creates many questions that I cannot yet answer.
The biggest of which being, how will I
support myself?
My housing is taken care
of, but this still leaves me with student loans, insurance and some other
bills.
On top of all of this, I will be
still trying to raise support to return to
Kenya.
I am still trying to return to
Kenya
by January, and will continue raising support until my goal of $1577 a month is
met.
If I make this move to
Georgia,
it will take place August 31, and be effective immediately.

Jason,
I am prayig for you.
God has given you “Wisdom” in Christ(I Cor. 1:30), if you ask in faith He will give you His wisdom (James 1:5), and He will guide you by the light of His Word (Ps. 119:105).
Keep me updated.

Jason, I will be praying for you. As I have read through your journal entries and gotten to know your heart for God (at least in a small part) it has been so encouraging to me to “see” the prayers of our ancestors being answered.
I don’t know if you know it or not but my grandfather and your great grandfather prayed daily for his grandchildren (your dad) and the generations to follow.
My testimony isn’t too different than yours, I didn’t grow up in a christian home, but count the prayers of my grandparents and my Uncle Lloyd as one reason that today I am a believer in my Lord Jesus!
Many blessings Jason!
I’m praying for you Driver. As crazy as life seems right now, know that God has you right where he wants you.
Am praying for you, Jason, and know that the Lord will give you the necessary wisdom and discernment you need for this!!!!! His plans and His timing are always perfect! Love ya, buddy! Hugs!
God’s ways are not our ways. I am sure you will see later down the road how this stretching that you will be going through will equip you for God’s bigger plans for your life.
Just found your blog site. So glad we hav not lost touch with you, man of God.
Pastor Vic and I will be praying for you.
Keep yourself in His Word. He will guide you and you will know the peace that passes understanding. Always remember Prov 3:5,6
The Reffeys
We will keep you in our prayers and would love to see you in Georgia
